All BOOST Lifestyle Beauty Wellbeing Brand  orders will be shipped Next day on orders made before 2pm (Weekdays) Subject to Stock Availability, If Stock is not Available we aim to Ship orders within 2-3 Working Days.

Non-BOOST Lifestyle Beauty Wellbeing Brand items we aim to Ship within 2-5 Working Days

We send out goods Monday - Friday using  Royal Mail 

Guarantees are with Royal Mail , we will dispatch on time.

Discreet and inconspicuous packaging on all orders.

Royal Mail offer various UK options which will be shown at checkout

Missing items:

Should you notice missing items from your order, we would highly recommend checking the full order once again and to inspect all corners of the box and packaging material used. Missing items are often found within the original package.

We must be notified within 3 days of receipt regarding any order errors or shortages.

In the event that you do confirm missing items from your order, a full internal investigation will need to be raised from our side. This includes checking all warehouse evidence records and raising a dispute with the delivery courier. We must allow up to 5 working days for this investigation to conclude before any replacement items can be dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you wish to order outside the UK first select your currency at the top of any page (GBP, Euro). Then place your order as usual, you will then see your charges for the relevant country if your country isn’t listed contact us directly & we will get a cost for delivery from Royal Mail

All international mail generally leaves the UK within 2-3 working days. Unfortunately we cannot predict how long purchases will be processed through networks abroad.

BOOST Lifestyle Beauty Wellbeing provides affordable shipping solutions to almost every destination worldwide. We are unable to conduct business with or send shipments to countries with a restricted or sanctioned status, Please check a latest  list of currently restricted / sanctioned  countries.

On occasion, goods may be subject to inspection by UK Customs. BOOST Lifestyle Beauty Wellbeing cannot be liable for any delays resulting from customs inspections.

The customer will be liable for any charges relating to tax, VAT or import duty. Please read our full Tax and Customs policy 

Should your order be returned to BOOST Lifestyle Beauty Wellbeing due to address problems, unpaid customs charges or product restrictions, we are only able to provide a refund or re-shipment once the original order has been received back into our warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Tax & Customs

The customer will be liable for all tax, customs and import duty costs within the destination country.

We highly advise you to check the destination country's laws and compliance with regards to Importing Vaping/CBD & Wellness products prior to placing your order. Certain products may require licences or permits to import. 

 BOOST Lifestyle Beauty Wellbeing cannot be responsible for goods that are rejected or confiscated by local customs.

All commercial invoices and customs declarations will be prepared according to our courier's instruction. Please let us know as soon as possible if there are any special requirements necessary for the destination country.

 BOOST Lifestyle Beauty Wellbeing  cannot provide refunds for shipping costs for orders that are returned due to unpaid customs charges, product restrictions or lack of import information.
